Abstract

"Menschen müssen über die Möglichkeiten und Chancen informiert sein, die sich ihnen am Arbeitsmarkt bieten, um möglichst gute Entscheidungen treffen zu können. Genau hierfür hat die Bundesagentur für Arbeit das Berufsberatungstool „New Plan“ entwickelt. Ein Forschungsteam hat analysiert, wer dieses Angebot schon kennt oder schon genutzt hat – und ob vorab verschickte Informationsschreiben dies beeinflussen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
