Abstract

"Ab dem Jahr 2025 soll die Kindergrundsicherung verschiedene Leistungen für Familien bündeln. Schneller, einfacher, direkter – so wirbt das Bundesfamilienministerium auf seiner Website dafür. Doch wird die Kindergrundsicherung dieses Versprechen einlösen? Die Redaktion des IAB-Forums hat dazu bei Katharina von Koppenfels-Spies nachgefragt, die als Professorin für Sozialrecht an der Universität Freiburg die juristische Seite der Kinder- und Familienförderung unter die Lupe nimmt."
