Abstract

"Das IAB-Betriebspanel wurde 30 Jahre alt und ist damit eine der ältesten Befragungen des IAB. Michael Oberfichtner, der im Jubiläumsjahr die Leitung des Forschungsbereichs „Betriebe und Beschäftigung“ antrat, ist 37 und aktuell der jüngste Forschungsbereichsleiter am IAB. Mit ihm hat das Betriebspanel einen wahren Fan als Chef – und jemanden, der sich seiner Verantwortung sehr bewusst ist." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
