Abstract

"Angesichts der zunehmenden Komplexität der Berufswelt hat die Berufsberatung für junge Menschen an Bedeutung gewonnen. Um die Berufsorientierung zu unterstützen, bietet die Bundesagentur für Arbeit neben umfassenden Informationen zur Ausgestaltung und Anforderung von Berufen auch individuelle Beratungsgespräche an. Eine Befragung angehender Abiturient*innen zeigt, dass sich junge Erwachsene insbesondere Beratung zu beruflichen Möglichkeiten und zu ihrer persönlichen Eignung wünschen. In den Beratungsgesprächen konnten allerdings nicht alle Themenwünsche aufgegriffen werden." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
