Abstract

"Der Mangel an Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern hat sich in den letzten Jahren immer mehr zum Hemmnis bei der Besetzung von Ausbildungsstellen entwickelt. Während der Corona-Krise hat sich die Lage noch verschärft. Gleichwohl finden viele Jugendliche keinen Zugang in die duale Ausbildung. Wie können junge Leute für eine solche Berufsausbildung gewonnen werden und was können Betriebe, Sozialpartner und Politik jetzt dafür tun? Antworten auf diese Fragen gab eine gemeinsame Veranstaltung des OECD Berlin Centre und des IAB." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
