Abstract

"Mit dem Qualifizierungschancengesetz und dem „Arbeit-von-morgen-Gesetz“ stehen Betrieben verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Weiterbildungsförderung für ihre Beschäftigten zur Verfügung. Bislang werden diese aber eher wenig in Anspruch genommen. In einem qualitativen IAB-Forschungsprojekt wurden Betriebe sowie Fach- und Führungskräfte aus dem Arbeitgeber-Service der Bundesagentur für Arbeit zu möglichen Gründen befragt. Dabei zeigt sich: Insbesondere eine bessere Information der Betriebe und der Abbau administrativer Hürden könnten die Inanspruchnahme steigern." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
