Abstract

"Es ist eine Sorge, die nicht nur Unternehmen umtreibt: Deutschland drohen auf breiter Front die Arbeitskräfte wegzubrechen. Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft stehen vor großen Herausforderungen: Wie kann Deutschland mehr begehrte Arbeitskräfte aus dem Ausland anlocken und zum Bleiben motivieren? Wie lassen sich die vielen Langzeitarbeitslosen wieder in Lohn und Brot bringen? Wie können Menschen mit Behinderung besser in den Arbeitsmarkt integriert werden? Diese und weitere Fragen diskutierten Expertinnen und Experten aus Politik, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Arbeitsverwaltung bei den Nürnberger Gesprächen am 20. Juni 2022." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
