Abstract

"Je länger die aus der Ukraine geflohenen Menschen in Deutschland bleiben, desto dringlicher werden Fragen zu ihrer Integration in den hiesigen Arbeitsmarkt. Bedeutsamer wird dann auch die Frage, welche schulischen und beruflichen Qualifikationen die Erwachsenen mitbringen. Geflüchtete unterscheiden sich in ihren Merkmalen zwar oft von den Menschen, die im Herkunftsland verbleiben. Ein Blick auf das Bildungswesen in der Ukraine und den Bildungsstand der dortigen Bevölkerung zeigt jedoch: Trotz teilweise unterschiedlicher Bildungssysteme dürften die Integrationsperspektiven ukrainischer Geflüchteter im Großen und Ganzen günstig sein."
