Abstract

"Auszubildende, die in Deutschland nur geduldet sind, müssen zunächst ihre Ausbildung erfolgreich durchlaufen, wenn sie das Risiko einer Abschiebung reduzieren und sich langfristig ein Leben in Deutschland aufbauen möchten. Die neue Bundesregierung plant, ihnen bereits während der Ausbildung statt einer Duldung eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis zu gewähren. Zusammen mit weiteren Maßnahmen würde dies für Auszubildende wie Betriebe mehr Rechtssicherheit und bessere Perspektiven schaffen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
