Abstract

"Menschen mit einer chronischen und schweren psychischen Erkrankung gelingt nur selten eine nachhaltige Integration in den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt, obwohl für die Wiedereingliederung in Beschäftigung unterschiedliche Ansätze und Instrumente zur Verfügung stehen. Unter den verschiedenen Ansätzen hat sich insbesondere das Konzept des „Supported Employments“, also der "Unterstützten Beschäftigung", als erfolgreich herauskristallisiert. Es zielt darauf ab, Betroffene möglichst schnell auf dem allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt zu platzieren und zugleich intensiv zu begleiten." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
