Abstract

"Das duale Ausbildungssystem, einst Aushängeschild der deutschen Wirtschaft, steckt in der Krise. Schon vor Corona drohte eine schleichende Auszehrung des Systems, denn immer weniger Jugendliche machen eine betriebliche Ausbildung. Über die vielfältigen Ursachen und mögliche Lösungsansätze diskutierte eine hochkarätig besetzte Expertenrunde im Rahmen der Nürnberger Gespräche, die diesmal als hybride Veranstaltung stattfanden."
