Abstract

"Jobcenter sollen laut Gesetz mit allen erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigten eine Eingliederungsvereinbarung abschließen. Sie regelt, welche Bemühungen Arbeitsuchende erbringen müssen und mit welchen Leistungen das Jobcenter sie dabei unterstützt. Die Eingliederungsvereinbarung soll die Kooperation stärken, Mitwirkungspflichten verbindlich festhalten und eine Erinnerungshilfe für die im Beratungsgespräch getroffenen Vereinbarungen bieten. Aus Sicht von Arbeitsvermittlerinnen und Arbeitsvermittlern erfüllt sie diese Anforderungen in unterschiedlichem Ausmaß." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
