Abstract

"Nicht wenige Menschen, die Leistungen der Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende erhalten, befinden sich in einer Lebenssituation, in der eine kurzfristige Vermittlung in Erwerbsarbeit kaum möglich ist. Ihr Leistungsbezug richtet sich nach dem Haushalt, in dem sie leben– der sogenannten Bedarfsgemeinschaft. Indem Vermittlungsfachkräfte der Jobcenter die Lebensverhältnisse der jeweiligen Bedarfsgemeinschaft in die Beratung und Vermittlung einbeziehen, können sie Arbeitsuchenden eine mittel- und langfristige Perspektive am Arbeitsmarkt eröffnen."
