Abstract

"Die Covid-19-Pandemie hält Deutschland weiterhin fest im Griff und bestimmt unseren Arbeitsalltag. Die Kommunikation innerhalb von Betrieben und Teams hat sich teils stark verändert und wurde dank entsprechender Technologien – oft von heute auf morgen – in den virtuellen Raum verlagert. Dennoch gab es bei der Umsetzung Unterschiede zwischen Betrieben. Der technologischen Ausstattung der Betriebe vor der Pandemie kommt dabei eine große Bedeutung zu." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
