Abstract

"Die Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderungen in das Erwerbsleben schreitet voran. Aber oft bestimmen noch Vorurteile und ein mangelhaftes Wissen über Behinderungen das Denken vieler Menschen. Es geht darum, Vorurteile auszuräumen und für ein Verständnis von Behinderung zu sensibilisieren, das nicht von Defiziten ausgeht, sondern von unausgeschöpften Potenzialen."
