Abstract

"Den Fachkräften in den Jobcentern fällt es oft schwer, psychische Erkrankungen ihrer Kundinnen und Kunden zu erkennen und ihre Beratung entsprechend anzupassen – zumal bislang entsprechende Handlungsleitfäden fehlen. Dies erweist sich insbesondere dann als Problem, wenn es den Betroffenen an Einsicht in ihre Krankheit mangelt. Dennoch gibt es einige Ansätze, um möglichen psychischen Problemen besser auf den Grund zu gehen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
