Abstract

"Psychische Erkrankungen sind auch unter Erwerbstätigen weit verbreitet. Dennoch sind Arbeitslose, insbesondere, wenn sie Leistungen der Grundsicherung beziehen, überproportional betroffen. Die Art und der Verlauf psychischer Störungen sind dabei vielfältig, ebenso deren Auswirkungen auf die berufliche Teilhabe. Die Chancen auf eine nachhaltige Integration in den regulären Arbeitsmarkt hängen vom Zusammenspiel der individuellen Fähigkeiten und Beeinträchtigungen, von den Arbeitsanforderungen und weiteren Kontextfaktoren ab."
