Abstract

"Das System der dualen Berufsausbildung gerät durch die Corona-Krise stark unter Druck. Insbesondere für ungelernte Jugendliche könnten sich die langfristigen Arbeitsmarktperspektiven deutlich verschlechtern. Auch die langfristigen Folgen für die Versorgung der deutschen Wirtschaft mit dringend benötigten Fachkräften wären fatal. In dieser Situation ist ein flächendeckender, zeitlich befristeter Ausbildungs- und Übernahmebonus für die Betriebe sinnvoll." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
