Abstract

"Der Außenhandel geht zurück, Investitionen sinken und der Konsum bricht deutlich ein - die Corona-Krise trifft die deutsche Wirtschaft hart. Das lässt sich vor allem am realen Bruttoinlandsprodukt ablesen, das im ersten Quartal deutlich eingebrochen ist. Dieser Abwärtstrend wird sich im zweiten Quartal voraussichtlich noch stärker fortsetzen. Und auch um den Arbeitsmarkt ist es schlecht bestellt: Im Mai haben sich noch einmal mehr Menschen arbeitslos gemeldet als im Vormonat - Tendenz steigend." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
