Abstract

"Der digitale und der ökologische Umbau der Wirtschaft wirken sich schon heute erheblich auf den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt aus. Diese Entwicklung wird sich in den kommenden Jahren weiter beschleunigen. Das IAB befasst sich intensiv mit diesen Transformationsprozessen und vernetzt seine einschlägigen Forschungsaktivitäten zudem durch eine bereichsübergreifende Arbeitsgruppe. Die Redaktion des IAB-Forum hat bei Dr. Florian Lehmer, dem Leiter dieser Arbeitsgruppe, und Dr. Markus Janser, der als Arbeitsmarktexperte für ökologische Transformationsprozesse mitwirkt, nachgefragt."
