Abstract

"Die seit 2015 nach Deutschland geflüchteten Menschen kommen zunehmend am Arbeitsmarkt an. Neben den Großbetrieben engagieren sich hier auch viele kleine und mittlere Betriebe und beschäftigen Geflüchtete. Bei insgesamt großen Integrationsfortschritten finden viele Geflüchtete bislang allerdings oft nur Jobs im Helferbereich. Neben der deutschen Sprache stellen fehlende berufliche beziehungsweise beruflich verwertbare Qualifikationen eine wichtige Einstiegshürde für besser bezahlte Jobs dar. Eine Aus- und Weiterbildung der Geflüchteten könnte dazu beitragen, deren Arbeitsmarktperspektive zu verbessern." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
