Abstract

"Der internationale Workshop 'Vacancies, Hiring and Matching' bot einem Fachpublikum Gelegenheit, sich über aktuelle empirische und theoriebasierte Forschung zu arbeitgeberseitigen Such- und Einstellungsprozessen auszutauschen. Die Veranstaltung, zu der das IAB anlässlich des 30-jährigen Bestehens der IAB-Stellenerhebung eingeladen hatte, verdeutlichte die vielfältigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten und damit die große Notwendigkeit hochwertiger mikro-ökonomischer Datensätze zur Beantwortung zahlreicher Forschungsfragen."
