Abstract

"Der Arbeitgeber-Service der Bundesagentur für Arbeit unterstützt Arbeitgeber bei ihrer Personalsuche und berät zu arbeitsmarkt- und beschäftigungsrelevanten Themen. Obwohl das Dienstleistungsangebot überwiegend sehr positiv bewertet wird, nimmt es nur ein Teil der Arbeitgeber in Anspruch - auch deswegen, weil es fast einem Drittel der kleineren Betriebe nicht bekannt ist. Eine Marketingstrategie, die noch stärker auf kleine und mittlere Arbeitgeber zielt, könnte den Kundenkreis deutlich erweitern, zumal auch in diesen Betrieben ein hoher Beratungsbedarf bei der Personalsuche besteht."
