IAB-Stellenerhebung 1/2019: Weiterhin hoher Bestand an offenen Stellen

Abstract

"Im ersten Quartal 2019 gab es bundesweit rund 1,38 Millionen offene Stellen auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Gegenüber dem vierten Quartal 2018 verringerte sich die Zahl der offenen Stellen um 78.000, gegenüber dem ersten Quartal des Vorjahres 2018 stieg sie jedoch noch um 190.000. Zur Besetzung der offenen Stellen werden verschiedene Wege genutzt. Bei rund einem Drittel aller Stellen des Jahres 2018 waren eigene Mitarbeiter oder persönliche Kontakte entscheidend für ihre erfolgreiche Besetzung. Das geht aus der IAB-Stellenerhebung hervor, einer regelmäßigen Betriebsbefragung des IAB." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
