Abstract

"Mit einem Projekt zur Integration von Geflüchteten hat die Wiegel-Gruppe, ein europaweit agierender Firmenverbund aus dem metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe mit rund 2.000 Beschäftigten, vor zwei Jahren völliges Neuland betreten. Heute arbeiten bei Wiegel über 50 Menschen mit Fluchthintergrund. Die Rückschau zeigt: Die zahlreichen Hürden auf dem Weg zur Integration lassen sich nur mit individuellen und flexiblen Lösungen meistern." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
