Abstract

"Die konjunkturelle Entwicklung in Deutschland bleibt aufwärtsgerichtet, verliert aber leicht an Schwung. Für das Jahr 2018 erwartet das IAB in seiner aktuellen Prognose ein Wachstum des realen Bruttoinlandsprodukts von 1,8 Prozent, für 2019 von 1,7 Prozent. Im laufenden Jahr steigt die Erwerbstätigkeit um geschätzt 600.000 Personen. Im kommenden Jahr nimmt sie laut Prognose um 490.000 Personen zu. Damit setzt sich der Aufwärtstrend zwar fort, flacht aber etwas ab. Bei der Arbeitslosigkeit wird im Jahresdurchschnitt 2018 ein Rückgang um 190.000 Personen, im Jahr 2019 um weitere 120.000 auf dann 2,23 Millionen Personen prognostiziert."
