Abstract

"Eine geschlechtergerechte Personalentwicklung ist eine der zentralen Herausforderungen der Personalarbeit in Hochschulen, Ressortforschungseinrichtungen und außeruniversitären Forschungseinrichtungen. Wie kann sie gelingen? Und wie können die Frauen- und Gleichstellungsbeauftragten der Wissenschaftsinstitutionen die Realisierung echter Chancengleichheit unterstützen? Diese Fragen standen jüngst im Mittelpunkt einer Fachtagung am IAB in Nürnberg." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
