Abstract

"Berufliche Weiterbildung ist in einer Arbeitswelt, die sich rapide wandelt, wichtiger denn je. Ausgerechnet Menschen ohne Berufsabschluss drohen hier weiter ins Hintertreffen zu geraten. Denn gerade sie befürchten nach den Ergebnissen einer IAB-Befragung, dass sich Weiterbildung für sie nicht auszahlt. Zudem geben zwei Drittel von ihnen an, dass sie das Lernen nicht mehr gewohnt seien." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
