Abstract

"Unsere Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft stehen in Zeiten digitaler Transformation, demografischen Wandels und fortschreitender Globalisierung vor großen Herausforderungen - Entwicklungen, die sich zusehends beschleunigen. Alles wird volatiler, vieles wandelt sich in einem unglaublichen Tempo - dies birgt viele Chancen, aber auch Gefahren. Dies wird auch unser Leben und Arbeiten in den kommenden Jahren stark verändern. Aus diesem Grund ist es für uns alle essenziell, sich mit Entwicklungen in diesem Bereich auseinanderzusetzen. Dabei sind wir häufig selbst Treiber dieser Entwicklung - ob als Konsumenten, Beschäftigte oder Unternehmer." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
