Abstract

"Im Videointerview spricht Thorben Albrecht über Berufe im digitalen Wandel und Arbeiten 4.0. Als Staatssekretär im Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (Januar 2014 bis März 2018) stieß er schon früh eine öffentliche Debatte über die Zukunft der Arbeit und über die Voraussetzungen für 'gute Arbeit' im digitalen Zeitalter an. Seit August 2017 befasst er sich in der 'Global Commission on the Future of Work' der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (ILO) mit den Fragen einer sich verändernden Arbeitswelt und ihren Gestaltungsperspektiven."
