Abstract

"Das Arbeitskräfteangebot in Deutschland wird bis zum Jahr 2060 sinken - bei aller Unsicherheit, mit denen längerfristige Prognosen zur demografischen Entwicklung behaftet sind. Das ergeben jüngste Prognosen des IAB, die sich auf neue methodische Verfahren stützen. Selbst hohe Nettozuzüge und steigende Erwerbsquoten von Frauen und Älteren können den Rückgang und die Alterung der Bevölkerung aufgrund niedriger Geburtenzahlen nicht ausgleichen."
