Abstract

"Im Modellprojekt 'Mach es einfach' gestalteten drei Arbeitsagenturen ihre Arbeitsprozesse neu und entwickelten ihr Dienstleistungsangebot weiter. Die Vermittlungsfachkräfte schlugen selbst Veränderungen vor und beteiligten sich an deren Umsetzung. Auch wenn dies neue Anforderungen auf allen Hierarchieebenen mit sich brachte, ziehen die Beteiligten ein positives Fazit." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
