Abstract

"Formale Abschlüsse sind in Deutschland von hoher Bedeutung für den Berufserfolg. Trotzdem lässt nur etwa ein Fünftel der Migranten mit beruflicher Qualifikation diese innerhalb von zwei Jahren nach der Zuwanderung in Deutschland anerkennen. Das im Jahr 2012 in Kraft getretene Anerkennungsgesetz hat diese Situation leicht verbessert." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
