Abstract

"Fast ein Viertel der Akademikerinnen und Akademiker in Deutschland übt eine berufliche Tätigkeit aus, für die sie überqualifiziert sind. Besonders betroffen sind Frauen, Migranten und Personen aus nicht akademischen Elternhäusern. Entscheidend dafür, ob eine Überqualifizierung vorliegt, ist jedoch die spezifische Kombination dieser soziodemografischen Merkmale." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
