Abstract

"Sabine Fleger betreut zusammen mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen die Telefonhotline des infas Instituts für angewandte Sozialwissenschaft, das die jährlichen Befragungen für das Panel 'Arbeitsmarkt und soziale Sicherung' im Auftrag des IAB durchführt. Mit welchen Anliegen sich Anrufer an sie wenden, was bei den Gesprächen zu beachten ist und welche Erfahrungen sie im Laufe der Jahre dabei gemacht hat, erzählt Sabine Fleger im Interview."
