Abstract

"Welche Hürden erschweren die Integration von Flüchtlingen in Beschäftigung und betriebliche Aus- und Weiterbildung? Welche Integrationsmaßnahmen ergreifen die Unternehmen? Wie begründen die Unternehmen ihre Zurückhaltung? Und wie kann die Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) den Integrationsprozess unterstützen? Diese Fragen standen im Mittelpunkt eines Workshops, der am 6. Juli 2017 in Nürnberg stattfand. Dabei tauschten sich Vertreterinnen und Vertreter des IAB, der Regionaldirektion Bayern der BA sowie der Arbeitgeber über ihre Erfahrungen und Einschätzungen aus."
