Abstract

"Dass individuelle Eigenschaften einen wichtigen Einfluss darauf haben, wie schnell nicht erwerbstätige Hartz-IV-Bezieherinnen wieder in Beschäftigung kommen, überrascht kaum. Bemerkenswert ist indes, dass die Erwerbserfahrung und der Bildungsstand des Partners ebenfalls eine Rolle spielen können. Mitunter ist es auch die spezifische Kombination der jeweiligen Partnereigenschaften, die einen Unterschied macht. Das zeigt eine in der Zeitschrift Forum Arbeit publizierte IAB-Studie, die für das IAB-Forum überarbeitet wurde." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
