Abstract

"Jährlich stellen deutsche Betriebe und Verwaltungen fast vier Millionen Menschen aus allen Altersgruppen ein und nutzen dafür eine Vielzahl an Rekrutierungswegen. Wie die repräsentative IAB-Stellenerhebung zeigt, werden über manche Wege eher jüngere und über andere Wege eher ältere Personen eingestellt. Die Dauer der Stellenbesetzung unterscheidet sich dagegen wenig, wenn man auf das Alter der neu eingestellten Mitarbeiter schaut." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
