Abstract

"Am Arbeitsmarkt hat sich zuletzt vieles positiv entwickelt. Dennoch sind die Chancen zur Arbeitsmarktpartizipation sehr ungleich verteilt und die Qualität von Beschäftigung variiert stark. Selbst wenn insgesamt weiterhin ein guter Beschäftigungstrend unterstellt wird, ist nicht damit zu rechnen, dass auch die 'Problemgruppen' am Arbeitsmarkt in gleichem Maße von der günstigen Entwicklung profitieren können. Es gilt daher, die Aufwärtsmobilität zu stärken." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
