Abstract

"Oft gestaltet es sich schwierig, Personen, die seit vielen Jahren arbeitslos sind, wieder in Lohn und Brot zu bringen. Carolin Freier, die mittlerweile als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am IAB tätig ist, untersuchte als Doktorandin an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in Kooperation mit dem IAB neue Wege bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration von Langzeitarbeitslosen. Dabei legte sie einen besonderen Fokus auf sozialintegrative Maßnahmen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
