Jobcenter-Strategien zur Arbeitsmarktintegration von Langzeitarbeitslosen

Abstract

"Das IAB hat sich in einem ausführlichen Forschungsbericht mit den Strategien von Jobcentern befasst, eine möglichst nachhaltige Integration von Langzeitarbeitslosen zu erreichen. Zu diesem Zweck wurden qualitative Befragungen von Integrationsfachkräften in sechs Jobcentern durchgeführt und inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet. Dabei wird analysiert, wie Jobcenter die Arbeitsmarktchancen von Langzeitarbeitslosen im Grundsicherungssystem einschätzen, wie die Förderung von Langzeitarbeitslosen konkret erfolgt und welche unterschiedlichen Wege die Jobcenter beschreiten, um Langzeitarbeitslose in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Hierzu werden Jobcenter-Strategien für unterschiedliche Typen von Langzeitarbeitslosen herausgearbeitet, die sich durch ihre Nähe zum Arbeitsmarkt unterscheiden." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
