Abstract

"Schon heute lässt der demografische Wandel die Erwerbsbevölkerung älter werden. In Zukunft wird auch die Zahl der Arbeitskräfte abnehmen. Um darzustellen, welche demografischen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen die Arbeitswelt von morgen beeinflussen, entwickelte die Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin (BAuA) mit fünf anderen Ressortforschungseinrichtungen das gemeinsame Internetportal demowanda.de. Im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Soziales bündeln die Forschungseinrichtungen ressortübergreifend ihr Fachwissen und ermöglichen so einen umfassenden Blick auf Entwicklungen in Deutschland, die für eine alters- und alternsgerechte Gestaltung der Arbeitswelt relevant sind."
