Abstract

"Schlagworte wie 'Industrie 4.0', 'digitale Revolution' oder 'vierte industrielle Revolution' sind in aller Munde. Sie beschreiben einen tiefgreifenden technologischen Wandel, der auch Auswirkungen darauf haben wird, wie wir in Zukunft produzieren und arbeiten werden. Die einen sehen in dieser Entwicklung enorme Potenziale für den Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland, die anderen warnen vor massivem Arbeitsplatzabbau gerade in geringqualifizierten Bereichen. IAB-Direktor Prof. Joachim Möller forscht seit Jahren intensiv zum Thema 'Digitalisierung'. Im Interview mit dem IAB-Forum spricht er über die Auswirkungen für Wirtschaft und Beschäftige in Deutschland." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
