Abstract

"Das Beschäftigungswachstum setzt sich im Jahr 2017 deutschlandweit fort, jedoch gibt es deutliche regionale Unterschiede: Alle Bundesländer verzeichnen einen weiteren Anstieg der Zahl der sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten. Dabei reichen die Wachstumsraten von 3,6 Prozent in Berlin bis 1,2 Prozent im Saarland. Neben der höheren Beschäftigung wird ein Rückgang der Arbeitslosenzahlen erwartet. Der Abbau der Arbeitslosigkeit fällt dabei insbesondere in den ostdeutschen Flächenländern sowie in Bayern stark aus, während die Stadtstaaten Bremen und Hamburg einen geringeren Rückgang aufweisen."
