Abstract

At the beginning of the 1990s, overtime was mainly a thing for men. Since then, the gap between the sexes has been reduced markedly. Nevertheless male employees still do a clearly greater amount of overtime than female employees. This is especially a result of the considerably higher share of unpaid overtime. (IAB) ((en))
