Abstract

"Specialists are missing in the geriatric nursing profession. On the one hand, this is because of working conditions, on the other because of payment. The wage gaps, however, differ singificantly according to the type of nursing profession and from region to region. A recent study of the IAB on behalf of the nursing representative of the German government demonstrates that phenomenon." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
