Abstract

Wenn sie einmal auf einen bestimmten Kurs eingeschwenkt sind, weichen sie so schnell nicht wieder davon ab: Die Unterschiede auf regionalen Arbeitsmärkten sind oft ausgeprägt und dauerhaft. Während die eine Region durch eine tiefe Arbeitsmarktkrise geprägt ist, herrscht in einer anderen Vollbeschäftigung. Uwe Blien geht mit seinem Forschungsbereich den Ursachen dafür auf den Grund.
