Abstract

Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung ist ein wichtiger Baustein zur Verbesserung der Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsqualität. Insbesondere Mittel- und Großbetriebe nutzen hier eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Instrumente und bemühen sich um einschlägige Zertifikate. Alles in allem scheinen diese Maßnahmen auch den objektiven und subjektiven Gesundheitszustand der Beschäftigten zumindest in geringem Umfang positiv zu beeinflussen.
