Abstract

Zertifizierungen können für Betriebe ein wichtiges Instrument sein, um die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards nach innen und außen zu signalisieren. Zwei von drei Betrieben in Deutschland mit 50 und mehr Beschäftigten nehmen an mindestens einem Zertifizierungsverfahren teil. Zugleich zeigt sich, dass Zertifizierungen zur Arbeitsplatzqualität, zur Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie und zum Gesundheitsmanagement mit einer intensiveren betrieblichen Personalarbeit und zumindest teilweise mit einer höheren Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit einhergehen.
