Abstract

"Eine Gesellschaftsform ohne soziale Ungleichheit gab und gibt es nicht - allen Gleichheitspostulaten zum Trotz. Im 21. Jahrhundert geht es nicht mehr darum ob, sondern wie viel soziale Ungleichheit eine Gesellschaft aushalten kann, ohne auseinanderzubrechen. Denn faire Löhne und Sozialstandards sind wichtige Bausteine der sozialen Marktwirtschaft. Ein Diskussionsbeitrag aus arbeitssoziologischer Sicht." (Textauszug, IAB-Doku)
